Untitled (10)es

What’s the best thing about Brighton?

We have the best and most liberal shant anywhere in the country.

Who are the your favourite local bands?

Other States are great, they’re a publishers dream. Proper tight and look class. The singers got a great get-up.

What’s the best venue?

Green Door Store… despite not the best sound has good memories for me.

What’s the best rehearsal space / studio?

Small Pond are good, they’re making a good go of it, it’s round the corner and has an Nintendo 64 😉

What’s the best club?

Clubbing is for boyz

What’s the best record shop?

Wax Factor, because it feels like organised chaos. They also let us play our test pressings in there.

Where’s the best places to eat?

Market or the Golden Arches

What’s the best pub?

Any whose bar staff wear costumes. I like the Brighton Beer Dispensary because it’s unpretentious in a pretentious kind of way.

Who’s your favourite Brighton celebrity?

Frankie Cocozza, he’s as beautiful as he is prolific.

When was the last time you had any Brighton Rock?

None ever, but I’d assume it’s not too dissimilar to Southsea Rock.

Too Sad To Be Young by The New Faith is out on 2nd June. The launch party is at the Prince Albert on 29th May.
