News has reached Brighton Music Blog of local singer songwriter Will Mussett‘s debut album. November Storm will be released on 31st January digitally and on cd via BBrat Recordings and has been produced by fellow Brightonian Alex Wells. While the bulk of the album was written by Will there are also some collaborations from heavy hitters from the music industry – 40,000 feet was co-written with Jim Irvin (who’s worked with Lana Del Rey and Chloe Howl) and John Fortis (who’s worked with Paolo Nutini and Laura Marling) helped out with In Loving Memory. Fable is a new Brighton based singer songwriter, but don’t let the description pigeon hole her. At only 19 years old she’s already provided vocals for the upcoming Orbital album and now releases her first track I Speak Words

Back in the 90s, angelic voiced Andrew Montgomery was better known as lead singer of Geneva. Since then he’s been involved in a number of musical projects, but later this year releases his debut solo album. After the Storm is the album’s opener and a taste of what we can expect when Ruled By Dreams comes out on 5th October.
